STRENGTH AND FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAMS
Excell strength training is designed to improve strength, power, agility, and body composition.  I strive to use a wide variety of programs with my student athletes so that they constantly have to adapt to new challenges.  I also see that athletes tend to work their hardest at the beginning of a new routine because it is new and different.  At the present time I use about 12 programs, but I constantly look for new routines and adaptations I can make.
